RAS now offers online technical support with CrossLoop. Cross Loop is an easy-to-use software application for desktop sharing. CrossLoop allows us to remotely connect to your computer to provide demonstrations and training, and also help with any techincal issues related to RAS applications or software. Tech Support is free to our customers. Simply visit the CrossLoop website, download and install the software, then contact RAS at 1-401-822-3030 to receive training or technical assistance on our products.
